The location was nice and the rooms were pretty clean, though I got stuck in snow in the parking lot and it took a while to get out. The younger staff were especially pleasant and respectful, and some of the other staff are beautiful. The hotel itself is nice, but prices are pretty steep, particularly for seniors. You can’t use AARP when booking with Wyndam. A couple of times I got a two-hour sleep over, but now they only give you one hour. I’ll visit and look at some other hotels nearby. It’s good to change things up sometimes.

I left my glasses in the room after we checked out. When we called, the staff found them and offered to send them along. I offered to make a shipping label so they wouldn’t have to pay, but they insisted on handling it. The glasses reached my home in Texas just a few days later. They saved me $200, the cost of replacing them, and went well beyond what I expected, even though leaving them behind was my own mistake. We’d stayed two nights in May while hosting the New York Speed Puzzling Championship. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and printed some documents for me without complaint. I was very impressed.

I use this very clean hotel as a stop on my trips between the US and Canada. It’s conveniently just off the highway, the staff are friendly, and the service has never let me down. Highly recommend!.

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were especially nice. We had no problems and would stay again. Our room was quiet and pleasant, with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee.

The price is great, the staff are great, and everything looked clean and beautiful. They even have really nice, clean, cute baby play pens! I love this hotel. Andrea was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure my daughter and I had a good play pen. The whole experience was great. If I need a hotel again, I’m coming here. YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE!!!
