Front desk service was great, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room looked clean on arrival, though the rooms need updating. The elevators were a little scary. The air unit was so loud I could barely sleep, so I turned it off. The clean bathroom smelled very old, had a broken picture above the toilet, and took forever to get hot shower water. No room service, and I wasn't sure about breakfast beyond the restaurant. For the price, it wasn't a bad overnight stop before my next destination, but I wouldn't stay for a longer trip. Fins was the biggest letdown. After driving all day, I just wanted to eat and lie in bed. The reviews sounded good, but on Friday evening there wasn't one person eating. I tried to order dinner and was told they only had a lunch menu with about four items. Another hotel worker said the current chef had removed the whole menu and left just those few things. That forced me to place a $45.00 DoorDash order for one small meal. I'm really not happy about the lack of food at the in-house restaurant.

The team at the front desk, especially the ladies in the Concierge Lounge, were the nicest and most helpful I've come across in all my work travel. I travel most weeks, and they treated everyone like family. The location connected to the mall was also super convenient. The rooms only get three stars from me. The entertainment system froze or blurred every night, so I couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube, and the front desk said it couldn't be fixed. The lobby and Concierge Lounge computers need updating too. I rarely use public computers, but I was in a bind and found prior guests' private documents, including a complete W9 and estate beneficiary information. They may have thought the computers auto-delete everything each day. The desk said there was no IT person on staff, but they'd try deleting the files themselves. This is a cybersecurity and identity theft risk that needs more attention. The staff were excellent and always helpful.

The staff were very nice, and it was quiet with free parking. The location worked for what I needed, and the hotel did the job, though it felt a bit dated. My room could have been cleaner: there was black mold in the top corner of the shower in room 244, plus dust along the wall and carpet seam. The layout was odd, with the TV beside the bed. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. I didn't use the amenities.

We arrived Thursday evening, and the first thing I needed was the bathroom. Someone had thrown a paper towel into the toilet, so I couldn't use it. I couldn't figure out how to reach the front desk by phone because the instructions weren't clearly marked, and the phone just rang. I went down in the elevator to tell the young woman at reception that someone needed to come to our room. She said her line hadn't rung and suggested asking the man who came to the room how to call. He was knocking when I got back and removed the paper towel, but when I asked about the phone he gave me a sarcastic look over his shoulder and walked away without a word. The room was mostly clean, but there was some degree on the floor and the sheets were carelessly placed on the bed. The hotel was very quiet, but I didn't like the parking lot, the walk to the door, or having only one entrance and exit. I was also disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast for what they charge. I tried to move the booking to another Marriott closer to our family, but was told the free cancellation date had passed and I'd owe a $150.00 fee because the two properties were separately owned. We checked out Saturday.
