I stayed nearly 34 days and really felt at home. The room had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and even a rice cooker. The heat and hot water both worked reliably. Breakfast had a good spread that I consistently enjoyed, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy throughout. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to receive and hold my parcels while I was at the office, which made a big difference during a long stay. Special thanks to the manager, Kim, Aseel, for being so supportive and helpful. Everything felt just perfect.

I want to recognize Mika and Shara at the front desk. They were consistently willing to help, had excellent personalities, and made a real difference. I appreciate their assistance, but I still can't recommend this hotel or see myself returning. My coworkers and I stayed here off and on for over two months, usually in two-week stretches. Our room was cleaned only twice during each two-week stay, and the housekeeping service was very poor. Rooms weren't properly serviced. One male worker would sit watching the female worker clean, then follow her from room to room while talking at length. This was especially frustrating with the two Hispanic staff members involved. The lack of cleaning was unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with nearby brands like the Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, and TownePlace Suites by Marriott. One coworker moved next door to the Fairfield Inn for a better experience. I checked out early Thursday morning and won't stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. The staff were amazing and always greeted me with a smile. I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites Livonia and will definitely come back.

We had a very friendly welcome after our long drive, and each morning the staff greeted us with smiles at breakfast. The complimentary food was fresh and had a nice selection: eggs, sausage, English muffins, oatmeal, cereals, and good coffee. My teen daughter and I enjoyed staying at TownPlace Suites for her box lacrosse tournament a few miles away. It was convenient to everything and a great value. Our studio was clean and nicely laid out, with a full bed, sofa bed, desk, TV, and full kitchenette. The hotel is near the highway, and restaurants and stores, including a Costco, are just minutes away. The staff's friendliness and care really stood out. We'll stay here next year for the tournament and whenever we travel to the Detroit area. I'm a travel advisor, so I'll save the hotel's details and share them with clients, family, and friends.
