The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My main complaint is that the bathrooms need an upgrade: the paint is coming off, everything looks old, and the toilet barely flushes. I had two different rooms on separate nights. One had a big TV with Roku, while the other had a small one with cable only. The room prices also change depending on availability, and I'd rather see a set price. Updating all the TVs and bathrooms would take care of my issues.

Room 306 was perfect for us, with a separate living room and lots of clean space. Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, with Walmart less than a mile away, Starbucks basically across the street, and plenty of places to eat nearby. I hadn't expected much for $85, but the stay exceeded my expectations. The downside was that housekeeping never came during our four nights, so we didn't get fresh towels and the trash wasn't taken out.

The location is pretty good, with plenty of places nearby, but the price felt too high. The pool and spa were closed, and we didn't find that out online before check-in. In the room, the wardrobe looked like it might fall apart, and the only USB charging port was positioned so your device had to sit on the floor. The shower head leaked everywhere, and it took the air conditioner 12 hours to cool the room. We also found a mouse turd behind the fridge and a moldy tub stopper. The rooms need more attention to detail.

We came to visit Crystal Hot Springs, and the hotel's location about 30 minutes away was convenient. My daughter, her children, and I were looking for somewhere reasonably priced, and La Quinta offered the best value. It exceeded our expectations: very clean, comfortable beds, and extremely friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good too. We'll definitely stay again.

The room was clean and fully stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very fast.
