They kept my deposit over foundation marks on the sheets. Are guests being charged for wearing makeup now? Light cosmetic stains are normal, and hotels clean or bleach bedding for a living. This isn’t damage, it’s absurd to charge for it. It feels like nickel-and-diming people for no reason, and I no longer trust that my money is safe here. Wear makeup and they’ll take your deposit. Laundry exists, but apparently NOT at this hotel. Instead, they profit by being PETTY and ABSURD. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you want to fund that ridiculousness. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

The beds were heavenly, especially the pillows. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff friendly. It’s a nice, quiet, safe spot just outside San Bernardino.

For all 3 nights I stayed, my key cards stopped working, even though I kept them away from metal. Housekeeping also knocked at the door while my do not disturb sign was up.

My girlfriend uses a wheelchair and had just had major surgeries, and they treated her terribly. The GM said I was intimidating because I used hand gestures 😒, then called the police. We were racially profiled. It’s 2026 and this still happens 🤯. The hotel was dirty, not wheelchair accessible, and they refused to change the linens. The GM even said he was afraid for his life 🤣.
