Just steps from Lincoln Road, the beach, and all the South Beach highlights, Lincoln Arms Suites is also quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with a distinctive character you don't get in a standard hotel. The building is 83 years old, but very well cared for, and its historic Art Deco details give the stylish interior a chic boutique feel alongside modern comforts. If history and style in a well-kept Art Deco property appeal to you, I highly recommend it.

The suites are roomy, with a great closet and dressing area plus a nice little kitchen. The hotel is older and has some quirks in the rooms, but in a cool retro Miami way. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, thank you, David. If you want to stay in this area, this is by far my top pick, even compared with BnBs. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in South Beach.

We appreciated that the friendly, helpful staff stored our bags for free after our noon checkout, since our cruise wasn't until evening. The room had plenty of space and felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stove, and cooking utensils, plus a comfortable couch and clean bathroom. The location was fantastic, close to Miami Beach and surrounded by restaurants, including a delicious Mexican place just around the corner. A great option for comfort, convenience, and good service.
