I’ve been staying here for work for a little over five years, and management has changed a few times. Ms. Denise Thigpen and Mr. Justin Lind are two of the front desk staff who make it feel like home. Another young woman knows me by name too, but I didn’t get permission to use hers. Denise and Justin always greet me, remember my name, and make sure I have what I need. They’re genuinely caring toward me and everyone who calls this particular ESA home. Their smiles make me glad to be “home,” and they’ve become like family. This isn’t the Hyatt, but they make me feel special. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for being you.

The property is kept neat, and staff try to respond to concerns promptly and professionally. I’m highly pleased with management here. They provide great customer service and are always willing to work with customers on issues. Nellie, Sussie, Justin, Ms. Denise, and Maribel stood out to me for their customer service and attention to detail. I’ve already told my business associates that this is an excellent staff and location for an extended stay.

Denise, Ashley, Martin, and Victor have treated me with a lot of kindness and generosity during my stay. Their hospitality feels like what you’d get down south. That level of customer service is unheard of in the Chicagoland area. Bravo.
