The shower flooded every time we used it and took hours to drain, and the AC barely kept the room comfortable. It rattled horribly all night and kept us awake. After we went out, the cleaners turned it off, and we came back to a stifling room over 85 degrees with an infant. I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I want others to know. The room cost $190 a night after tax, and when we asked the manager for help, she stayed on a personal call, said she was sorry and would find out who did it, then sent us back to the same room with the broken AC and shower. For that price, the poor room and service are unbelievable. We travel around the country for national tournaments and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this one was bad enough to make me write. Expect room problems that affect your comfort, with no accountability or help from staff. Once you’ve paid, it seems to be your problem. Stay at the Holiday Inn for the same or similar price, trust me.

We paid $190 a night because prices were high everywhere for our event, and the stay was absolutely unacceptable. The room needed a better cleaning, the tub wouldn’t drain, and the AC was so loud all night that the room never got very cool. We had a four-month-old with us. Both days while we were at the event, housekeeping came in because there was no “do not disturb” sign, and each time they turned the AC completely off. The room was over 85 degrees when we got back, and it took at least six hours to cool down again. When I spoke to the assistant manager, she stayed on her personal phone call and only said she’d try to figure out who had done it. She had also checked us in on a personal call and didn’t seem to care to hang up. I’d expect a lot more than this for $50, let alone nearly $200 a night.

We booked a queen suite and a king suite, and both were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They were well maintained and a good value for what we paid. The fitness center was clean and convenient, and breakfast was good, with a nice selection that was kept stocked. The location was easy to reach and close to everything we needed. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the start, which made check-in pleasant. Our stay at Comfort Suites in London, KY exceeded expectations for comfort, service, and value. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The hotel gets noisy because doors slam loudly, and the sound and vibration carry across the whole floor. Still, the staff were wonderful, the room was large and just right, and the place was clean with a great location. The breakfast coffee was terrible, with grounds in it. The machine needs to be fixed or replaced, and even the lovely breakfast lady made me fresh coffee that still had grounds.
