Holiday Inn Express Hotel Naples Downtown - 5th Avenue

The food was delicious and came out quickly, and the bartender was especially friendly and gave us great service. The hotel felt peaceful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well cared for, which made us comfortable right away. The staff were kind and professional, greeted us with smiles, and offered help whenever we needed it. We highly recommend staying here.

The guy at the hotel ‘tiki’ bar was pretty nice. The location is far from the central areas, though Naples doesn’t really have a clear center, so that part isn’t the hotel’s fault. Our room had no circulation and was moldy. The door was left open when we arrived for ventilation, which should have been a clue. We stayed two nights and first assumed the dampness was from the heavy rain, but everything was moist again the second morning. There was mold on the wall. We only noticed all of it on our last night, too late for any compensation.

Breakfast was much better than expected, with chocolate milk, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and even a coffee machine that grinds fresh beans around the clock. The pool area stayed clean, and the jacuzzi and poolside bar made it easy to relax and grab a drink. We spent three nights exploring Naples and were very happy with this comfortable base. Our room was spacious, spotless, and practical, with a fridge and microwave. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, good value, and thoughtful amenities.
