For a two-star hotel, it was about what I expected: a clean, decent room that was a little bare. The staff were helpful and logged the broken showerhead for a plumber, while also finding a temporary fix after it fell off as soon as I turned on the shower. The bathroom light also had an issue. It worked, but went off if I raised the dimmer past halfway.

We returned the keys and found another hotel. They refunded the second night we’d booked, but not the first. The online photos made the rooms look much nicer than they were, and ours was dirty, with grime along the wall bottoms and bugs near the bed. There was a big gap under the door where pests could get in. We’d paid for a two-person whirlpool, but got a run-down single one instead, and the lighting was dark and dingy. Road noise was bad, and parking was even worse. I was disgusted as soon as I entered the room. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

There was no bathroom sink. The sink was across the room, opposite the bathroom. The room was large, but the hardwood floors were beat up and there was no rug. Just one small ceiling light, and no outdoor lighting by the rooms or in the parking lots. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen.

I got an early check-in, but then felt rushed to leave, even though I came out 35 minutes before checkout. The location was central and convenient, and it felt very safe. The in-room hot tub’s jets felt good, but it was smaller than the pictures led me to expect and I couldn’t submerge myself in it. The TV didn’t work at all, and the rusty bathroom shelf holding the towels seemed unsanitary. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’d look for somewhere better if you can.
