Cedars is in a great spot, and most condos have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are a few one-bedroom units, while three-bedroom ones are quite rare. The community also has a clubhouse with a weight center, lap pool, outdoor cabana bar, and a nice breakfast restaurant. I'm a local broker and have sold a fair amount of real estate here. In my view, this is one of the island's best tennis resorts. Most condos are occupied by their owners, and the community allows two weak rentals through RVA. The front desk lady was so friendly and pleasant. The facility was really clean and well kept, and the atmosphere was great. You guys rock!

The fishing pier was one of our favorite spots, about a 10-15 minute walk along a pleasant boardwalk. There are seats where you can look out over the water, which we really enjoyed. There's no public beach access within walking distance, though. The nearest public access with parking is 1.7 miles away. My wife and I stayed at Cedars for three weeks. The pool is large, has plenty of beds, and is well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ben, who was the star. We were very pleased with our stay at Cedars Tennis Club.

We came for a relocation and got wonderful help from the staff. Our original rental had cable TV problems, and Cheryl and Frances found us another place before we even arrived, with our cat included. A few small repairs came up during the stay and were taken care of quickly. Great customer service all around. The courts are kept up very well, as are the fitness center and the rest of the property. We highly recommend Cedars East and RVA.

We had such a good weekend here. The place was spotless, the amenities were plentiful, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Longboat Key has to offer. One of our best weekend getaways.
