The incidental deposit is only $40, which is another nice thing about this place. But we stayed at the start of the month and that money is still pending, so once I get it back I'll happily change this from three stars to five. Otherwise, I have only good things to say. The staff are lovely, helpful, and have great attitudes. The rooms and grounds were clean, everything worked as it should, and breakfast was okay. We loved the fireplace and the full kitchen in our two-room suite. The internet is stable enough to work from here. I recommend it 10/10, and this is where I'll send family when they visit. There's also on-site laundry and a business meeting place. Please do stay, you won't regret it. People who complain about the place or staff should double-check their review, since expectations can be unrealistic for the price. It's not cheap, but it's not expensive either.

There was a waffle station, which was a nice extra, and the usual bread choices like bagels, English muffins, and toast. The breakfast felt weak, like they hadn't put much effort into it. Hot food was limited to oatmeal, eggs, and either bacon or sausage, never both.

We stayed for a U Colorado football game, and it worked out well as a lower-cost option than Boulder. The rooms and facility are dated, but clean, and everything worked. Breakfast was typical. The indoor pool was nice enough, and nobody else was using it, so I could swim laps. The outdoor fire pit was pleasant and popular without being overcrowded. You can hear the nearby railroad main line at night. It wasn't terribly loud, though it probably depends on where your room is. Charging $5 for parking seemed silly for a suburban place with so much land, and felt like a weak, annoying attempt to bring in extra revenue. They did waive it for Platinum Elites when asked. It was a good enough place to stay.

I don't think the suite was meant to be set up the way they had it. The bed was so close to the door that it barely closed, and there was hardly any room to get around one side of the bed. When I pulled both dishwasher racks out, the dishwasher tipped forward and scared me.

The rooms are cozy and have quality bedding, and breakfast was better than I expected. It's a great spot for an extended stay. I'll stay here again.
