This is a quaint bed and breakfast, all about history, charm, and hospitality, rather than a modern hotel. My wife and I had a lovely experience at the Thompson House. We arrived around 8:30 pm after our wedding, and the sweet host showed us to Foxy's Den. Champagne and cherries were waiting, along with cookies and water bottles. They served breakfast in our room, and it was quite good. The hospitality was amazing.

The host couple were very nice, and Kate's corner room was cute and clean. It was a good place to stay all around. I had three kids five and under with me, though, and while children are allowed, there are lots of collected fragile pieces decorating the house, so I'd keep that in mind.

Cee left me a note and a flower from the garden, which was the best touch. From the time I booked, I felt like I was staying with family. The room was clean and inviting, with a fresh-baked cookie, and breakfast was simple but flavorful. It already feels like a new home away from home. Can't wait to come back!

Cee is so accommodating, and I love everything she does for gluten-free guests. Thompson Tea House is a special place in my heart. We got married there and held our ten-year vow renewal there too, and both occasions were lovely and memorable. So fun, definitely recommend!

Cee welcomed me so warmly and made me feel like family during a wonderful weekend. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved looking at all the interesting decorations, they were incredible!
