Holiday Inn Longview - North

The room was huge and really clean. We got in late, and Matt at the front desk was so kind and glad to hear we'd made it safely. The cleaning staff were lovely too. Breakfast was near the end of service, so it wasn't at its best, which we understood. We'd happily stay here again.

I’m in Longview often and this is my favorite hotel in town. It’s right on the Loop, with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast has a good selection. Highly recommend it.

The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out the TV remote and channels. Otherwise, this Longview location was easily the best of these hotels I’ve tried in different cities. My room looked almost luxurious, and the furniture, including a comfortable couch, was clearly well cared for. The bed was even better. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, with no mold around the tub or patchy repair work like I’ve seen elsewhere. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk staff were very nice.

The bed sat so high that getting in and out took some effort. The hotel is right at the convention center, which was extremely convenient. There are two electric car charging stations; the charger worked and billed me correctly at prices similar to other stations, even though the app stopped recording the session after about five minutes.
