The place wasn’t booked, so why did the clerk put a family upstairs with a toddler who’s been running and jumping for hours? It’s a non-smoking property. They should’ve put them downstairs, where they wouldn’t bother the people below.

The desk hosts were exceptionally nice, and I felt welcome at check-in. The rooms were extremely clean, the cable TV selection was great, and the location just off the freeway was convenient. I’d definitely stay again. I saw a review complaining that they only provided two towels. That’s true, but the room also had two hand towels, two washcloths, and a bath rug, which is what I’ve found in every motel I’ve stayed at. Just ask for more and they’ll bring them. Great experience.

Check-out was a breeze, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They also honored our late check-in and do-not-disturb request. The rooms were clean, too. I'd recommend staying here if you're traveling through.

We arrived after midnight without a reservation, and the front desk staff got us checked in quickly and kindly. The area felt safe enough for a stop, not sketchy, and the room was clean and bug-free. For a value hotel, my expectations were a comfortable bed and a good shower in a safe place, and it met those needs. The beds are really tall, though. My 85-year-old mom couldn't climb onto one that came up above her waist, so we called down for a step stool. They brought one promptly with a smile, even though it was almost 1 a.m. Breakfast was adequate for this kind of hotel, but it wasn't hot. We were in the room farthest from the lobby and couldn't get Wi-Fi on my laptop there, though it worked in the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly.
