Alsace LA

The location worked well for me, with a good restaurant close by and the airport not far away. The staff and manager were welcoming, polite, and attentive, which made the stay especially pleasant. My room was clean and in good shape, with a tasteful color scheme that felt comfortable. There’s no restaurant on site, and continental breakfast costs extra, but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere made up for that. A solid option if you want a clean, friendly place in a convenient spot.

I barely saw other guests during my two nights, which helped make this feel like a proper city getaway instead of a crowded hotel. The pool was calm and private, and I could almost forget I was in the middle of the city. There are some lovely places to eat within walking distance, too. Check-in was friendly and so quick, the fastest I’ve ever had. My room was roomy and comfortable, and the snacks and drinks were a nice touch. I also met the General Manager, Cristina, who was warm and helpful and suggested places to dine. Talking with her felt like being welcomed into a relative’s home. I’d happily come back and recommend it to family and friends.

For LA, the Black Friday rate I got was a really good value. I was visiting family around Baldwin Hills/Culver City, and Alsace was just where I needed to be. There aren’t many hotel choices nearby, so finding it was a big help. Nancy at the front desk was especially friendly and went out of her way for me. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to the pool and gym. I stayed over Thanksgiving and have no complaints. I’d recommend giving Alsace a try if you need somewhere in the area.

Cindy made check-in feel especially welcoming. She was friendly, offered an early check-in, and upgraded our room at no charge, which made us feel really looked after. The rooms are cleverly laid out, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy feel that’s both relaxing and stylish. Hotel Alsace has become my favorite boutique hotel in LA so far. Its charming atmosphere and great service made the stay for me, and I’d definitely recommend it.
