Hollywood Banderas Apartment

We were a little taken aback by the reception area, which is a few desks and chairs in a storage closet in the carpark. We booked a studio apartment for six nights two weeks ago. It looked as pictured, the area is central, and the WiFi was great, but the apartment was dusty and only partly clean. Our first unit didn’t have the promised washer or dryer. It took two days to move us, and we had to check out and back in to get the new apartment with all the amenities. Very inconvenient. There’s a reservation hotline for problems, since reception apparently can’t do much beyond check-in and check-out. Customer service isn’t a strong point. Our issues and complaints weren’t addressed until after our stay had ended. We also found it confusing that the apartment is listed under two names. We felt the area was central, though we chose not to return too late. The stay was average, and we’ll most likely book somewhere else next time.
