Best Western Woodland Hills Inn

Free parking was a big plus in the Los Angeles area, and the location made getting around easy. A shopping center with Ralphs and Sprouts is directly across the street for quick grocery trips, with several restaurants nearby too. It was also a reasonably easy drive to cultural spots like the Getty Villa. We were visiting Santa Monica and other local attractions, and the hotel worked well as a base. We had a pleasant four-night stay at the Best Western Woodland Hills Inn and liked the value and quality. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable after long days out. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety: sausage patties, eggs, French toast sticks, coffee, cereals, yogurt, and oatmeal. We’d choose this hotel again when traveling in the area.

The world is already hard enough without employees treating customers with entitlement and no empathy. We pay for the business and the salaries. Without customers there’s no business or money, so do better. I know you may respond that I didn’t stay there, as you have with other reviews. That kind of reply just shows how unprofessional and lacking in empathy your management is. I have stayed there, just not under my name, and so have other people. Management should understand that a group can stay at a hotel while only one person’s name is on the record. Management here needs customer service and empathy training.

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick. The check-in area was clean too. Staff were professional and personable. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food suited our nutritional needs perfectly. The women looking after that area were very kind and made the experience wonderful. Thank you for all you do!

We had a pleasant stay and no problems. It’s a decent hotel, though the breakfast was average at best.
