The location is excellent, but that doesn’t make up for the unit. The whole townhouse is run down, with damaged, chipped furniture and cigarette stains. Bedroom tables and nightstands are damaged, and the mattresses are stained. The walls have marks and scuffs everywhere, and while the bathrooms are okay in terms of upkeep, they need work. The tubs don’t drain well, and the toilets don’t flush properly. The living and dining area was awful. The rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was bought. When the representative claimed the furniture had recently been renovated, I had to wonder if “recently” meant 2005. The listing photos don’t match what you get. Honestly, you’d be better off in a hostel. I would never stay here again.

“Minutes to Everything,” or do you mean nothing? We came to the office as instructed to meet Mark Lopez, but he wasn’t there. The front desk had no information or confirmed time for his return, and said there was no guarantee he’d be back. This lack of coordination has us concerned about check-in and building access, and it’s frustrating that we came based on your directions. We’ve wasted time and dealt with needless inconvenience. Confirm arrangements properly before asking us to come on-site again.

Please be very careful when booking here. I canceled within the free cancellation period, but still didn’t get my refund. I’d seen reports from AI about problems with refunds, cleaning, and service, and after canceling, they never responded to my refund request. It honestly feels like I’ve been robbed. This is the worst experience I’ve had, though I usually write Google Maps reviews about places with good service.

I booked through Booking.com, like plenty of others, but canceled after reading the reviews. Getting the refund took five months. They kept sending back small amounts, about 10% of what I paid, and only refunded the rest after Booking put pressure on them. Be careful.
