I really enjoyed my stay in these clean, tidy apartments. The location is great, near the beach and abbot Kinney. I’d definitely book again.

I loved this place and felt completely safe traveling alone. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. It’s quiet, with comfortable beds and good linen, and they provide heaps of bath towels, beach towels, and a beach bag. Each unit has its own eclectic decor. The location is terrific, about a 4-minute walk to the Venice Canals, around 8 minutes to the beach, and about the same to Abbot Kinney Blvd for shopping and good food. The fridge is a small bar fridge and the microwave is small too, but that didn’t bother me. Some of the other reviews had made me nervous; now I think those people expected condo or hotel facilities. For the price and location, you can’t go past this apartment complex. It’s a top wee spot, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

The apartment was clean, felt safe, and was in a great spot. The beach was about 5 minutes one way, and a supermarket plus a cool street with urban, fancy restaurants were 5 or 6 minutes the other way. I was very happy with the last 3 days here. If I come back to Venice, I’ll choose this place again. I can recommend it to everybody 100%.

Please don’t book here. We expected an apartment with a living room, bedroom, and full kitchen from the Expedia listing, which also called it beach front. Instead, we found a tiny studio where the king bed took up almost all the space, with a laughably small fridge and microwave. The beach front claim was a joke, since we were half a mile from the beach. Worse, we were in the middle of a tent town, and the walk to the beach went through a neighborhood with at least 100 homeless people. The area felt very unsafe, and some of the property gates didn’t lock. We stayed only one night because it was too late to change places when we arrived, then moved as soon as we woke up. Management was rude, unsympathetic, and unapologetic, and refused to make amends for what felt like almost inhumane accommodations. I’d never book here again, 0/10 recommend. It felt like scummy people scamming vacationers who don’t know any better.
