The room was filthy and expensive for all the dirt, grime, and germs. There was an ant, and I’m sure there were more. The towels were folded on a chair, but the toilet had urine on it and was so nasty I wouldn’t get near the tub or shower. The TV shut off about every 15 minutes, too. At check-in, the man at the desk repeated at least 50 times, “No more pipo in d room or I loose my already unrefundable money and room.” I’d heard him the first time and told him it was just me, but he kept going. One star is too generous for this place. Just look at the photos. 🤢

I’ve been coming here for over eight years, and I’ve been satisfied on every visit. It’s close to downtown LA, shopping, local sites, and transportation. The rooms are clean and secure, the prices are reasonable, and the WiFi has been fine. The staff are very nice, understanding, and family orientated.

The price is fair, and it’s about 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from USC and Expo Park. Still, there are bed bugs, the carpets are dirty, and the place doesn’t seem sanitized. The location is in the “hood,” so stay inside if you don’t know the area. WiFi is available, though access has had technical problems. There’s cable TV plus one porn channel. It’s an okay budget option, hope this helps 😬😁

The staff were friendly, so that’s the reason I’m giving two stars. But where is the customers’ money going? With about 20 rooms at $80 a night, there’s no reason people should have to sleep on bed frames covered in graffiti. A business should have some values and morals, no matter where it is. The place clearly hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. When I arrived, I saw a used bar of soap at the bottom of the tub and wondered if the room had been cleaned at all. The water faucet was faulty, which seems like a safety hazard in a business, and the mirror frame above the bed was broken and replaced with wood.

The room was spacious, really clean, and free of bugs. Staff were friendly, and the internet and cable were free. Prices were reasonable, checkout at 11 was convenient, and the location was good. I liked my stay and would definitely recommend it.
