After 9 hours waiting and a cancelled flight, I needed somewhere to rest, and Courtyard was a lifesaver. The shuttle brought me from the terminal right to the hotel. At the lobby, Denise made check-in easy and welcomed me with a smile and a “Let’s take good care of you” attitude. That’s what good hospitality looks like. The hotel and room were clean and well stocked. The shower was hot, and the AC was cold.

The front desk was very helpful while I was getting ready for my international trip. The restaurant cashier and housekeeping staff were welcoming too. The room met expectations, though the cleaning could have been more detailed. Restaurant hours were limited, so I had to walk to another hotel to find something to eat. That seemed common along that strip, except at the Hyatt. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

One of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve slept in. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean overall, though the bathroom was oddly placed. We were so exhausted that I forgot to take pictures. Our flight was delayed by weather in Tampa, and by the time we got to LAX we’d missed our connection to Hawaii. I quickly searched nearby hotels and found this Courtyard by Marriott, just 0.7 miles away. Its shuttle runs to and from the airport every 30-40 minutes, which was so convenient since we needed to be back there the next morning. Give yourself plenty of time in the morning in case the shuttle isn’t right on time. Traffic is crazy!

I had to book a room at the last minute because of a delayed flight. The room was huge, very clean, pleasant, quiet, and I slept like a baby. The only reason I’m holding back a fifth star is the shuttle. It took over an hour, maybe more, to get to the hotel. Otherwise, this place was awesome.

We booked through HotelsByDay for a layover of over 6 hours, hoping to rest and freshen up. The room was clean and very nice, and Jesus gave good service. The hotel is close to LAX, and the shuttle was really convenient. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
