Daniel at the front desk is always so kind and friendly when we're here. The hotel is older, but its location is great, especially for Universal Studios, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Our kids love using the heated indoor pool every day. We had a good stay and hope to come back soon.

Daniel at the front desk made our two-night stay especially nice with his hospitality, patience, and kindness. Thank you, Daniel, keep being so cool! The hotel is small and modest, but clean, and the ubicación is amazing.

The room was a mess, and even getting in took a while because the key cards wouldn't work. Inside I found peeling paneling, odd stains, mildew, mold, and stained towels with hair on them. The toilet had a permanent-looking poo stain, the pillows were lumpy, and the desk chair sat comically low, so working there was uncomfortable. There was nowhere to plug anything in by the bedside table. The smoke detector was installed right outside the bathroom, which had no working exhaust fan. At 5:00 am, after I showered, it started screaming. I tried fanning it with a towel while standing there in my birthday suit, then had to pull it off the ceiling and disconnect it. I told the front desk clerk as I left, and he didn't seem surprised or apologize. This place is a DUMP. Do. NOT. Stay. Here!

We chose the hotel for its location and the good-looking photos, but the place smelled, was loud and old, and was nothing like the pictures. There was no hot water, and the ACs didn't work. The worst part was a HUGE LEAKAGE from the ceiling. Water flooded our room and soaked our clothes. We couldn't sleep, and when we called reception and went there, there was NOBODY to help. It was the worst night I've ever had in a hotel. The lack of support during and after the leak was especially concerning. I can only give one star because there's no lower rating. Please do NOT STAY HERE.
