Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

The Hollywood sign view was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, the little details fell short of what I expect from a Four Seasons. There was no water in our valet parked cars, the room coffee machine was really bad, and housekeeping didn’t clean even though we’d been out for a few hours. It felt a bit below the usual standard.

The one bedroom suite with two bathrooms was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, and being right in the heart of Beverly Hills made getting around easy. Food around the hotel was great, though service in the main restaurant was noticeably slow. The pool is a nice perk, but it feels dated and the lounger area is surprisingly small next to the roomy, well-equipped gym. We had a wonderful, luxurious stay, with a few things that could use an update.

I was there for a business meeting, and the meals were exquisite. The short ribs were amazing, and Culina had the best smash burger I’ve ever eaten. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and my view was lovely. Greenery everywhere gave the place an escape-from-reality feel, and I really didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean, with an amazing pool area and outdoor restaurant, plus a beautiful spa. There are upscale restaurants and plenty to do. Everyone was kind and helpful, including the staff arranging the rooms. Marcus was especially nice and made checkout easy with great service. I’d gladly come back. It deserves ten stars, if only because leaving is the worst part.

We had a lavish Italian lunch at Cucina Ristorante last week, and the food presentation and restaurant itself were both stunning. Faysal took great care of us, kind, knowledgeable, gracious, and professional. The food and drinks were exquisite, and the moment you enter the Four Seasons Hotel, its beauty is hard to miss. Tianna, the Beverage Manager, also stopped by to chat about upcoming events and her gorgeous, tasty new cocktail. Thanks to Faysal and the team for a fabulous afternoon.
