Hollywood Hills Apartment

Anza Management has 80 other one-star reviews on its properties, every one mentioning roaches or another major problem. Based on our experience, stay away. Glenda, the office manager, ignored four written requests to fumigate, and I got sick from the bugs and was bitten by roaches at night. We ended up fumigating the apartment ourselves. While we were out for that, they entered, opened our windows, and moved things around without calling first or leaving a note afterward. Packages get stolen, and the apartments have mold. The building feels disgusting and infested, and management has been horrible. They don’t seem to care about tenants. We’re getting legal representation to deal with them.

I’m really worried about my friend who lives there. This building is horrible, and I can’t believe they rent out apartments that feel so unsafe for your health. You’d definitely find more than cockroaches here. Management needs to step up and make changes.

Packages are getting stolen, and mama get will loose your rent check. The building doesn’t feel secure. On-site manager Lorena Silva doesn’t properly vet tenants, treats people with hostility, and is often unwilling or unable to handle concerns, repairs, or other tenant issues in a timely way, if at all. She’s also hostile toward Black tenants.

Lorena is an awesome manager, quick to help with renting a unit or sorting out tenant issues. I had a few small fixes done at my place, and she and Juan from maintenance got them taken care of fast. It’s a great place to live in LA. I totally recommend the property and the people who work here.
