H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel restaurant served food we enjoyed, and the service there was great. The airport shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes, it’s free, and there’s no need to reserve. For an airport hotel, we really couldn’t ask for more. We stayed one night near LAX and were surprised by the quality for the price. Our room was huge and clean, with a new, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and a giant TV. We’d definitely stay again!

The staff were so polite, welcoming, and professional. Their kindness and attention made a real difference to our experience. Our room was very clean, nicely organized, and comfortable as soon as we walked in. Everything was prepared and arranged thoughtfully, so the stay felt relaxing and pleasant. I’d recommend H Hotel and would happily return.

Booked a day-stay room for a late flight, and everything looked fine in the booking. I thought I’d paid in full through the app, but they only take $9 there. At the motel, I was met with a surprise increase in the price and confusion. The staff said there was nothing they could do because I’d booked through a third party. Just another Hilton experience. If you use this service, expect to pay $20-$50 more than the booking amount.

My stay was good overall. The first room had no air conditioning, but after I told them it was 80 degrees, they fixed the problem. The parking charge is why my rating is low. I was told when booking that it cost $60.50 a day, but they didn’t mention the additional $18.88 per night LA ordinance tax. That brings it close to $100 a night to park. Please ask about this fee, because I wasn’t told and wouldn’t have booked if I’d known. Paying another $300 just to park for my stay is ridiculous.
