Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chatsworth by IHG

I’ve stayed here many times on family trips. Love the area, the nearby shopping, and the staff, who are always outstanding. Big thanks to Carlos and Stephanie at the front desk for going above and beyond with customer service. Housekeeping and maintenance are always kind and helpful, too, and breakfast is a bonus.

I spent two weeks here for work, so I had plenty of time to notice any problems. The rooms are updated, the beds comfortable, and the linens soft. Every morning I went down for breakfast and their fantastic coffee. Front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff were all amazing. If I’m back in the area, I’m definitely staying here again.

The room was in a separate building behind the hotel, but just a short walk from the rear parking area, and the path was well lit. It was clean, had nice furniture, and the bed was very comfortable. I found the AC thermostat a little tricky. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with lots of choices, including healthy items, and good coffee. Checkout was automatic, so I could skip the desk. The entrance was a little hard to find, but there was plenty of parking when I visited. The front desk person was VERY nice. Reasonable price, clean and safe. I noticed a small pool but didn’t use it.

The free breakfast was nice. Parking, though, is very cramped and limited. The hot tub might be hot, or it might not. They leave the heat off until you bring it up with them.
