Holiday Inn Express West Los Angeles by IHG

The place was clean and well organized, and my family and I felt very welcome. Lolie and Odaly were kind, attentive, and professional. Since I’m handicap, Lolie was especially helpful. She cleared our table and helped my son use the pancake machine. That kind of real hospitality feels rare lately. We’ve stayed at other nearby hotels recently, and this was the warmest, most positive experience. I’d definitely choose this place again and recommend it!

The hotel is older, but the room and bathroom have been renovated. Restaurants are within walking distance. If street noise bothers you, ask for a room that doesn’t face Santa Monica Blvd. Antonio and Vanessa in the breakfast area were attentive. The service was definitely more than I’d expect from a typical three-star hotel!

The rooms were clean and already at a comfortable temperature when we checked in. Breakfast was a much bigger spread than we expected, and my son loved the freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Lollie, the attendant, kept the food stocked and the tables and buffet clean. She was so sweet and made breakfast feel personal and pleasant. The hotel doesn’t look like much from outside, but inside you’d never guess it’s in a busy spot. Being right on Santa Monica Blvd and the 405 is extremely convenient, and the service was great. The front desk employee checked me in quickly with a smile.

We live in Vegas and need to find somewhere near the hospital about twice a month. This place works well for us because it’s just one exit away from UCLA. Antonio and Vanessa were very helpful and friendly during our stay. They made our day.
