Holiday Inn Hotel Woodland Hills (Warner Ctr)

The staff were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Every person took a moment to smile or chat with my family and me. The room was clean and well kept, and the bed was fine for a night. The bathroom was smaller than I’d like, with little counter space, which is annoying when you’re getting ready, but not a dealbreaker. A few things would’ve been good to know when booking. Expedia showed a $15 overnight parking fee, but it was actually $29. Maybe that was Expedia’s mistake, I’m not sure, but it seems excessive, especially for guests staying several nights. Only one very small elevator was working. The WiFi didn’t work for me at all, which was frustrating because I needed to work. Still, it was fine for one night. The location was great, it was quiet, the pool was heated, and the gym had good equipment. I’d stay again.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed a couple of nights. The staff were friendly, and we had no issues with the room. Basic shops and places to eat are within walking distance. If we’re back in this part of LA for an event, we’d stay here again.

A clean, safe hotel with everything you’d want. The staff really made the stay stand out. Sandra at the front desk deserves special mention for being so helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk staff were helpful. They booked me into a room with free breakfast and fixed a system error that said breakfast wasn’t included. They also got the TV working when it wouldn’t turn on. The Starbucks Bistro woman was nice and brought our food over to the table. Mornings get crowded, so please be patient with the staff. 10/10, I’d come back.
