For what we paid, I didn’t expect this much comfort, cleanliness, or service. The bed was as comfortable as one in the last five-star hotel we stayed at. The free shuttle made our errands and dinner plans easy, and Kenneth, the driver, was extremely kind and accommodating. This place was fantastic.

I’m a regular here, and the quality and value still amaze me. The staff are excellent, and Barbara at the front desk was a real blessing when I arrived exhausted from a long trip. She made room for me. The newly renovated rooms were very nice, too. I hope Holiday Inn Gateway keeps its standards high no matter who takes over. Many blessings, Shalom!!

Barbara made my check-in pleasant from the moment I arrived. She was warm and welcoming, handled everything efficiently, and still took time to be personable. She answered my questions clearly and made sure I had what I needed for a smooth stay. It’s refreshing to meet someone who cares about good service, and she set a lovely tone for the whole visit.

I always enjoy coming back, and the remodeled rooms make it even better. My room was spacious, comfortable, and really nice. The whole staff is a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Barbara for all her help during my stay.
