Villa Delle Stelle

The room was amazing, cute, and decorated with a real eye for detail. I’m not a big fan of LA, but I hope to come back just to stay here again. Even one night during a trip would be worth it. I came to see a band play at the Palladium and was able to get into my room early after calling the office for the staff’s number. The location between Sunset and Hollywood made it easy to get to lots of other fun things. When I mentioned the Palladium, he walked me outside and down the street to show me exactly where it was. He asked what I was interested in and suggested things to do. He was incredibly kind throughout.

Having ground coffee and a French press ready in the room was heaven, and I loved making my own breakfast in the breakfast nook. I stayed in the English room, which was a delight. It used to be a small one-bedroom apartment, and they’ve decorated it so nicely. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the states in a long time. Thanks for a great stay, I’ll be singing your praises for a while!

The neighborhood was so quiet, even though it’s close to everything, which had been my main concern. I found Ville delle Stelle online while coming to LA for a concert at the Dolby theater, and stayed one night in Le Petite suite. It was perfect, with lots of room and a very comfortable feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely return 😊

We stayed in the enchanted cottage two nights ago, and the cigarette smoke was awful. Beside the cottage is a room or separate guest house with a wall of shutters facing the parking area. There’s no glass in that large open window, just a huge fan blowing smoke from people smoking inside. It blows right onto your car, about two feet away, and toward the cottage windows and front door, around five feet away. We were exposed to cigarette smoke the whole visit. The renovated old home has beautiful decor and a quiet neighborhood, but neither made the smoke exposure bearable. Potential customers should know heavy smoking is allowed here before booking. We’d never return unless they made the property smoke-free.
