The rooms and location are the strongest points. They’re spacious, very clean, have lots of storage and cabinets, large bathrooms with hot water, and clean sheets. The mattresses are okay. There’s parking, and you’re close to the heart of hollywood, with restaurants, convenience stores, and plenty of leisure activities around. It’s great value for the money, and I’ve stayed several times and would come again. The staff get the job done, and I never had a problem. They’re nice enough, though they don’t feel especially welcoming or warm, and can seem a bit suspicious of someone or something. Nothing too creepy.

As soon as I came in and turned on the light, cockroaches were there to greet me. I was instantly grossed out and couldn’t sleep in that room, so now I have to drive back tonight instead of staying over.

I arrived with a reservation, but the hotel had given my room to someone else. They said they’d tried calling, and even showed me the number they had, but I never got a call. Now I still have to find somewhere to sleep. Booking here doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll hold your reservation.

I had a good stay and would come back. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and quick to help, and the price was definitely reasonable for this area. The location was great too.

If you’re after privacy and don’t mind a seedy feel, this is a fun spot for a night out with the boys. It’s cheap and right in the middle of Hollywood. Families should steer clear. If I ever get murdered, it’ll probably happen here.
