They were flexible about my late arrival, but although I was told parking was paid for, they charged me anyway. The room was cheap, though it should have cost even less. It was damp and had mold on the windows, stained bedding, and several flies. There was no extra door lock, and my family and I didn’t feel safe, so I piled our belongings in front of the door. I was exhausted the next day. They also required a $100 deposit in case I smoked, even though the room already smelled like cigarettes.

Update: 1/18/26. The front desk was great about checking in and sending room service over to ask if we needed more towels. Parking wasn’t included as of 1/17/26. It was $17 a night, if you could find a spot; there are maybe 25 spaces total. The listing doesn’t mention the $100 deposit required at check-in. The late-night desk staff were just kind of there, so don’t expect a warm welcome. Only two bath towels are provided. The first small towel we got was stained. Other reviews mention being asked to pay for extra towels; I always bring my own, so I can’t confirm or deny that. Our mini fridge had mold. The place is shabby and outdated, and the floor in our room dipped and creaked. At least the AC and heat worked, and the shower had good pressure and hot water.

I wasn't expecting much when we checked in, and the room itself was just okay, though it smelled like a petting zoo. We figured we'd barely be in there, so we let that go. The next day our key stopped working. At the desk, they told us there'd been a leak and we had to move. Nobody had called us first. They'd gone into the room and torn out the bathroom ceiling while all our things were still inside, leaving them covered in drywall. We were moved with no discount or compensation, after strangers had been in the room with our belongings. Now they're trying to charge my card instead of returning my deposit.

The pool was spotless, and the rooms were nice and clean. The front desk team was especially pleasant and accommodating. I spent quite a while reading reviews before I booked, and I'm glad I did.
