I was nervous before arriving because of the mixed reviews, but I ended up very impressed. The front desk team, especially Emily, were incredibly welcoming and upgraded us to a higher-floor corner room with a beautiful city view. It was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job each day and paid close attention to detail. We ate at the in-house restaurant, Double Take, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every meal and drink was excellent. Room service was impressively quick: a meal and bar drink I ordered arrived at my door within 20 minutes. Self-parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available throughout the stay. My only complaint is that there are no microwaves, which can be inconvenient for leftovers from other restaurants. I'd absolutely stay again and encourage others not to be put off by negative reviews. My experience exceeded expectations, and I left very satisfied.

The rooms were a good size, and the restaurant and amenities were nice. The team was also helpful when our parents needed a last-minute suite, keeping them there and connecting it with their original reservation. The staff were super friendly, especially my Filipino brother Jeremi (I think), who welcomed us with a great vibe at the start of our short trip. Communication through the text function and app was good. I'd definitely stay again!

Everyone gave impeccable service, from valet and housekeeping to the Double Take restaurant and front desk. I highly recommend the lobster salad and burger there. When family illness forced us to change our reservation twice, the hotel was extremely accommodating. The location was perfect for easy access to west LA. We'll be back!

The staff really made this stay memorable. They were consistently thoughtful and went out of their way to help. The location was also a big plus for getting to UCLA and West Hollywood without giving up comfort. My room had plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and fast WiFi. I’d asked for a tub, which was just right after a long day. The sleek design worked well, and I enjoyed the gym too, especially its fun, photo-friendly touches. I loved staying here and would come back or recommend it to someone looking for a comfortable place in the area.

Our son loved the birthday bundle the staff left in the room for his 8th birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch, and the staff went above and beyond for him. The kids had fun in the game lounge, and we enjoyed wine hour and good coffee in the morning. The pool and gym looked nice, though we didn't get a chance to use them. We were really impressed and will definitely come back when we're in the area.
