Legacy at Westwood Apartments

Victoria was wonderful to work with as I looked for housing for my son, who recently started a new job at UCLA. From our first phone call through today’s in-person walkthrough, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and simply kind. The service was outstanding. My son will be moving in, and I hope they recognize and reward you at Legacy, Victoria. Thank you! John Coulter

We’d already been through three temporary places after being displaced by the Palisades Fire when our family arrived at The Legacy at Westwood. The respectful, helpful welcome made a difference right away. While we moved our things in, Victoria at the front desk helped care for our pets. We met Hannah, another front desk employee, soon after moving in. Both women have been warm, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the months we’ve stayed here. Being in “evacuation exile” would’ve been so much harder without them. Even after we can go home, we’ll remember them and hope to stay in touch forever.

I’ve called the Legacy home for over two years and love living here. The concierge is always smiling and ready to help, and everyone is so kind. Special thanks to Valerie, Victoria, Bob, and Kiro.

Coming home has become stressful because of an unacceptable encounter with a valet attendant. The older Hispanic attendant was rude, then kept harassing me after I walked away. When I told him to stop, he mocked me. That kind of conduct shouldn’t happen from a service professional, especially at a residential complex.
