The receptionist was really friendly, and the building felt secure since you need a key to get in. There was parking on site too. I got a suite for the same price as a regular room. It was clean, nice, and quiet, with a microwave, big refrigerator, cooker, and other things. Be kind and nice, and you'll get the same energy back.

The two technicians we booked for two nights in double beds had a terrible stay at the Lincoln Inn in Venice. Their room smelled strongly of urine as soon as they entered. A large stain on the fabric chair seemed to be the source, but the odor was only covered with air freshener and cleaning chemicals, which made both guests nauseated. They also found dead cockroaches. They raised the issues with the front desk, but no one offered another room or other accommodation. They returned their keys and booked somewhere else. When I called the manager, she was dismissive and rude, and said there were no refunds regardless of the room's condition. The conditions and service were completely unacceptable. We won't stay there again and can't recommend it.

The rooms were decent, but the service was poor. The photos aren't real, they show a remodel that hasn't happened. The front desk woman was super rude, and the parking was overpriced. No good, very bad.

I was only here briefly while passing through. The amenities were about what you'd expect, but Ms. Latraun at the front desk was excellent. She was helpful and had useful information about nearby stores when I asked.
