Raj at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and we’d happily stay here again. We were in a one-bedroom suite before our January cruise and wanted somewhere basic at a reasonable price. The room was clean and updated, and the area felt safe and quiet, close to the water. There’s a great diner for breakfast or brunch and a convenience store around the corner. Thanks, Raj!

The hotel room was very nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the neighborhood. We stayed before my daughter’s birthday cruise and had to pay extra because we arrived early. The manager seemed poorly informed about the taxi fare to the port. He said it would be $17, but it cost twice that. We could have gotten a Lyft for less.

Raj was kind and incredibly helpful to me, my new husband, and all our friends and family. We booked 22 of the 23 rooms for our November 8 wedding at the Cabrillo Beach Bath House, and I stayed in the Penthouse. They even gave me a sweet Bride gift box. Big thanks to Raj and Dillon for the customer service. Booking a block by email months ahead was fairly easy, and we got to tour the rooms first. Parking was easy and FREE for us and the guests who rented cars, though most flew in. There are two diners and a convenience store nearby. A few neighborhood “characters” were around, but everyone felt safe in the rooms and on the property. We had a bathroom plumbing problem during the stay, but it was fixed. One guest didn’t show up, so their room became available and was offered to another wedding party member at a deal, which we really appreciated.

The rooms had been nicely remodeled in the past year, and it was a quiet location. Very convenient for visiting the USS Iowa Battleship. There were a few homeless people camping outside our street-side room, but otherwise it was a great hotel.
