It's not horrible if you don't mind staying on sepulveda Blvd. But they put me next to the only other guest in the hotel, who kept the TV way too loud, way too late, when I had work in the morning. That's why I gave it one star.

The place is disgusting. My grandma booked through expedia and checked in after her flight, but didn't stay at all. She needed a ride back to check out, and we returned the key a couple of hours later that same day. They still charged her $150, saying, "You should have not accepted the key if you knew you weren't staying." She'd just flown in from another state, needed someone to drive her around, and had to ask others for a place to stay. None of that happens in a minute. I know it's a business, but this motel misrepresents its appeal to people coming from out of state. Anyone in the valley knows places are only good for shady activities. They more than likely rented her room out that same night, so they lost no money and still took hers. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Our room was over 90° inside, with the AC unit and fridge unplugged. It reeked of cigarette smoke and urine, and there was vomit on the ceiling and walls. The customer service was fine and they gave us a full refund, but it was easily the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen. How do you put people at risk like that in the first place? Seriously, don't spend your money here.

It was cheaper than most motels around there, and they had a vacancy.
