The rooms were very dirty, and the staff didn’t seem willing to care. I called three times to confirm, but the hotel kept dropping the calls before a very rude Indian man finally answered. He was annoyed, said parking was first-come, first-served, and told me to contact booking.com if I had a problem. He wasn’t willing to help or speak kindly, and neither the hotel nor booking.com provides parking details. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Be aware.

I’m 30 and have never left a one-star review before, but this place earned one. The rooms were disgusting, and the service was just mean, not merely rude. It’s the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. I’d give zero stars if I could. There are plenty of hotels around, so I’d book literally any other one.

You get a roof, four walls, a bed, and a bath. That’s about it at this bare-bones motel. There’s no continental breakfast, the vending machines were empty, and the internet was extremely slow. The room phone had no directions for making outside calls. It’s the least expensive place, so there’s that.

The location worked well for me, about a ten-minute walk to the strip and the closest subway station. Our bed was comfortable, and the rooms were nice enough. Still, it feels more like a motel: the lobby is closed and most business happens at the drive-up window. There aren’t the amenities you’d get at some other hotels, so skip it if those matter to you. If saving some money and staying in Hollywood are the priorities, and you’re okay taking a chance based on the other reviews, it’s fine.
