It’s really convenient, close to a metro station. Just don’t count on quiet nights: there’s a club across the alley, and it can be loud until 2am, especially on weekends. One dorm smells.

It was cheap and did the job, and the location was decent, but the website description was way off. The beds are all in one room, with a door leading to a hallway and then another room set up much the same. Lights go out at 10, but people come and go all night. The hallway door doesn’t lock. There are people who’ve stayed long term, some for years, but apparently you can’t call them tenants because then the owner would have to background-check them. Lockers cost extra if any are available, since they’re also rented by the day to people who aren’t staying there. The owner came through with chaotic energy and asked for privacy in the second room to do a video audition. We could hear her screaming. It served its purpose, but after this experience I don’t expect to use any of the affiliated locations.

We loved the whole process. For walk-ins, it’s $6 per bag for the day, so our four bags came to $24++ total. Pickup closes at 10pm, and I think booking online is cheaper. The staff member who helped us was friendly and helpful. It was a good way to enjoy a burden-free day trip in LA. It’s within walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Pickup was smooth too: we texted Elle from podshare for the door password, and everything went easily. 😊 Recommended!

The location is great, quiet, and easy to get around on foot. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Every interaction was professional and courteous, and honestly, they went above and beyond. I’d definitely come back.

The bunk had room for everything I needed, with a shelf, a light, and hooks. Wi-Fi was free, the bed was comfortable, and the other people staying there were really nice. The bathroom was modern, with a large shower, plus a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. I picked this place to avoid hotel prices and wasn’t sure what to expect so close to Hollywood Boulevard. Andrew welcomed me as soon as I came in, showed me around, explained how things worked, and took me to my bed. If I’m back in the area and need somewhere to crash, I couldn’t ask for more.
