My wife and I found a bunch of rats and roaches in our bed. It was a bad experience.

The room looked comfortable at first, but the shower was disgusting, with dirty curtains and hair that belonged to neither me nor my girlfriend. We both woke up covered in bed bug bites. They need to replace the sheets, pillows, and beds. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. They first quoted $90, then offered $85, then $75 with a $10 deposit and checkout before 10. We were tired, so we took it. The way they act, you’d think this was a 3- or 4-star motel, but to me it’s more like 0 or half a star. It should be shut down.

There’s no pool, which was a letdown since I brought a swimsuit, though I ended up wearing it out to work on my last night. I stayed for a couple of days after coming to the area for an audition, and check-in was quick. The staff and housekeeping were great, and my bed was sturdy and comfortable. The sheets were clean but not especially soft, the pillows just okay, and the bathroom was clean with nice hot water. I didn’t see any bugs. One of the other guests pointed out good places to stand, and over three days I earned more than I would have made for the video. I was told to keep things cool while I was there, and I did. I found these notes and photos from maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. It’s a good place if you want to have some fun and meet people or make money. If you’re nervous or looking for drama, maybe skip it.

I lost $75 and never got any answers. I’d driven two hours for my state board the next morning, but couldn’t find the motel even after searching for an hour. When I called to explain and ask about canceling, the person on the phone yelled at me and was rude instead of helping. I wouldn’t send friends or anyone else here. Save your money and find people who know how to treat a customer. One star because now I know what to avoid when looking for a room.
