There was no working TV, and the room had no air conditioning. It got so hot at night that I had to leave the window open to breathe, but traffic and the neighbors were too loud to sleep through. The house was dirty. The carpet smelled and was stained, the table was still dirty from the previous guest, and the pillows smelled so bad I had to sleep on my towel. The bathroom was awful and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Don’t recommend this place if you want to enjoy your time.

Our room smelled bad, and there were stains on the mattress, carpet, and couch. The bathroom was disgusting, with water all over the floor and junk cluttering the counter. The house was filthy. The neighborhood seemed high-crime to me, judging by the fences on every window and door in the area. Based on the other negative reviews, I’m sure the owner will give this one some childish response, too. Don’t stay at this dump. She won’t give you a refund.

Miss Shay was wonderful, and the accommodations were clean, well kept, and just as advertised. After bouncing between sketchy Air BnB places, finding this spot felt like salvation. Thank goodness I came across it when I did. I booked for two weeks, which gave me a good chance to find a permanent home. Thank you, Miss Shay!

The place was clean and comfortable, and the renter was really pleasant. I even liked the other guest. It’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed in lately, though that’s not because it looks like anything special. This is my LA place when I come back. Loved it.
