The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed as soon as we entered. The fridge had stains and debris, and the entrance light switch was visibly dirty, with bugs crawling on it. The sheets had yellow stains, and there were visible blood stains on the mattress that looked like signs of bed bugs. The room was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The property's run-down, uninviting exterior fit the state of the room. When we requested a refund because of the condition, we only got half back. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and even threatened to call the police just because we asked for our money back. The online photos don't reflect reality. It's dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the risk if cleanliness or health matters to you. Book somewhere else. Booking platforms should inspect or verify properties before listing them, since this experience didn't match what was advertised.

I found dog feces under the AC unit in my room while staying here. I reported it right away to the front desk and gave them my room number, expecting basic housekeeping standards to be followed. Nothing happened: no follow-up, no cleaning, no urgency. I was left to handle it myself, which was unprofessional and unhygienic. Guests shouldn't have to clean up biological waste in a room they're paying to stay in. I'm honestly disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and accountability at this hotel.

I only found out what had happened when I arrived for my reservation: the hotel had been turned into a homeless facility. Most booking sites won't refund you, so you're left with a real mess. God be with you. This is why I want to go back to people answering the phone instead of getting trapped in a programmed virtual runaround that's practically extinct.

The parking situation is awful, and the place felt like skid row. We booked at the last minute because we needed somewhere near the softball field, and I really wish I'd read the reviews first. I can't say whether every room is like this, or whether I got the same one other people mentioned, but it was a terrible stay. The room was filthy, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for months, the AC wasn't cold, the shower wouldn't drain, and the TV didn't work. Even the clean pillowcases and blankets I asked for had women's hair tangled in them. Seeing the same complaints in reviews after my stay makes it seem like nothing gets fixed. This isn't a two-star hotel, more like one star. I don't recommend staying here.
