Best Western Executive Inn

I’ve stayed here before when visiting family in the area, and the hotel itself is clean and nice. Room 212, the suite with a balcony and fireplace, was very nice and worth it when there’s a deal. The location is handy, right off the busy highway and street, with restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast hostess was polite and did a good job. My issue was being overcharged. I went to the front desk twice and spoke with the manager, and both times they said it had been corrected, but it wasn’t. Now I’m trying to get my refund through the bank. The front desk clerk I spoke to was impatient and unpleasant, and I was glad to end the call.

After a party in the hotel parking lot, a guest blasted music out there at 1:30 in the morning. We talked to the counter person at 2, but they did nothing, even when we suggested calling the police. We’re very upset. It was a waste of money, and we won’t come back. Awful place.

I felt safe staying here. The room was clean, and the service was fast.

There was no privacy. While my guest and I were asleep, someone came into the room to ask if we wanted housekeeping. If we didn’t answer and they could see we were sleeping, why come in? Then they kept asking what room I was in as we were leaving so they could clean it. The room also smelled bad despite being non-smoking, and the towels were still dirty and yellow.
