Quality Inn Los Lunas - Albuquerque South

The fruit at breakfast looked old and disgusting, and the yogurt I got was a week past its expiration date. I attached a photo of it. The older guy with glasses was rude, judgmental, and seemed money hungry. He accused my husband of smoking in the room and immediately started arguing. He said he’d seen him smoking outside, which was fine, but they wanted to keep our deposit in case the smell was on his clothes. We did not smoke in the room, left it very clean, and gathered all the trash, but were still harassed. I’ve had dirty rooms here before, but decided to give the place another try and regretted it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. He needs to manage the motel better and learn to respect guests.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was very good. We arrived Saturday night, and on Sunday morning they let us stay an extra hour so we could watch our live church service online. I was very pleased.

I LOVE Ms Brenda! She was at the desk when I arrived late, and she was sweet, professional, and amazing. The app wouldn’t work, so I had to call to make the reservation. Ms Brenda sorted it all out and put us in a suite so I wouldn’t have to climb stairs because I’d been in a car wreck. She noticed I was a Choice member and treated us like FAMILY. Ms Brenda, if you read this, thank you for being so kind and making sure I was okay. You went above and beyond. You’re a ROCK STAR! I pray God keeps blessing you 100 fold.

The staff were probably the best part, and the free breakfast was good too. The shower wasn’t great, though. Its shower head is old, the pressure is weak, and the water temperature keeps fluctuating. Wi-Fi was slow as well, so I had trouble getting a good FaceTime call with my family on my iPad.
