Quality Inn Loudon-Concord

The staff have been A+, friendly, professional, and kind, and extending my stay has been hassle-free, with no surprise fees or unnecessary steps. Snow keeps postponing my hospice admission, so I'm using the hotel to cover the gap between home and my hospice bed. Maybe it's simply because rooms are available, but they've been accommodating. There's nothing negative to say, and nothing extravagant either. It's been a delightful, smooth, safe, reasonable stay. Being so ill and flying to different states for hospitals and procedures, I often feel displaced in unfamiliar places. This is the only place that doesn't give me that foreign feeling. I'd recommend it over many others and would stay again, unless they charged for my service dog, lol. There are dogs here and the fee is 15 a night, but mine is an actual service dog.

The beds were okay, and the in-room HVAC was so-so. Breakfast in the morning was good. The bathroom seemed to have only been swept, and the tub looked like it had never seen bleach. The rooms used to allow smoking X years ago, and although they've been painted over, you can still tell.

The front desk staff were super, super nice. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having the sink outside the toilet area was ideal for getting ready for weddings.

Ant at the front desk had a great attitude and provided really good service. The place was clean and quiet for the price. The fitness room was clean, breakfast was hot, and the pool was shallow, which worked perfectly for families. I'd stay again.
