Hyatt Place Louisville East

The service is what really sets this hotel apart. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and Casey was a rockstar, welcoming and attentive, always smiling and quick to help. She was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Great spot near shopping and the highways. 10/10.

The beds were clean and soft, and the rooms were decent. I waited about five minutes at the front desk, though it was late and the lobby was full. Convenient for food and groceries, and a short, scenic drive from Waverly Hills Sanatorium. It was a good stay.

The staff were so kind and made me feel welcome during my Louisville trip, even though I didn't catch their names. My room was nice overall, with a few signs of wear. The TV was set to Korean, which was a funny snag, but I managed to work around it. A few small repairs and tweaks would make this a stellar place. I had a great experience.

The bed was stained and worn out, and looked as if it hadn't been properly cleaned or replaced in years. I felt unsafe and unhygienic staying here. The dirt wasn't limited to the room: the elevators and hallways were dirty too, and even the breakfast area seemed unsanitary. The fork I was given was visibly dirty. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, and it's shocking that a property like this operates under the Hyatt name. The Health Department should inspect it. I strongly recommend people avoid this place until serious improvements are made. Hyatt should be embarrassed to have this location under its banner. I will never stay here again.
