The bed was fairly comfortable, and the pool was warm. That's about all I can say for it. This place could be a lot better, and it seemed like the staff wanted to keep it run-down.

For the price, the room was great. Everything worked the way it should, and the staff were friendly. The hot tub was clean too. This hotel deserves a higher rating.

We ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. The front desk staff were kind and moved us to a different room, but there was no fridge there, despite it being advertised. We have a baby with medical needs who couldn't go without one. They're right near a hospital, yet seem fine with medically fragile guests, even babies, staying in these conditions. I was promised a refund and still haven't received it, so they haven't followed through on what they said either. The rooms were filthy. We found nasty stuff on the carpet, in the bathroom, on chairs, all over. The room also didn't have the king bed we booked. I can't remember staying somewhere this bad, and I'd sooner go back to a place where our door had no lock. That place was much cleaner. This place shouldn't be open. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Nobody should have to deal with what we did.

We really appreciate Kim and Maddie. They're wonderful, with outstanding service, compassion, and understanding. Thanks, ladies, we'll definitely be back. If you're after an inexpensive, clean place with a great staff, try the Baymont.
