We’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. The bar staff were a lot of fun to talk to, and each bartender made us custom craft drinks. The hot tub is nice, and the pool was like a cold plunge, lol, so that felt refreshing. It’s right by a shopping mall area, with lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The rooms are great too.

We held our annual leadership meeting here, and the room fit all 12 of us perfectly. The location just off I-25 and near restaurants worked well. The space was clean and comfortable, not too cold, and they provided everything we needed. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond, even opening the bar a few minutes early so we could toast the team at the end. I can’t recommend it enough.

I like stopping here between Denver and Fort Collins. The little bar and deli are nice, and I come for the pool and hot tub. Breakfast isn’t included with the room, though. Olivia at the front desk at night is wonderful and friendly, and bartender Brent is just as kind and helpful. I like the staff here.

We stay at Marriott hotels a lot for work, but this was a personal trip and we wouldn’t return to this property. At check-in, we were told parking in the paved lot cost $12 a day. This isn’t a downtown garage in a major city. It’s off an interstate, with undeveloped land right next to the lot, so parking space isn’t scarce. After being out all day, we got back at 6 p.m. to find the room hadn’t been serviced. The front desk didn’t answer when we called multiple times, so we went down. The same woman who checked us in said they only service rooms every three days, but nobody had told us that at check-in. Bathroom hang tags say to hang towels if you don’t want fresh ones, but don’t mention that we wouldn’t get new towels for three days unless we asked at the desk. We ran out of lotion and Kleenex the very first day. The shower drain was so slow that after a few minutes, water backed up and threatened to overflow into the whole bathroom. At checkout there was also a PIF fee. A Public Improvement Fee is imposed privately by developers on sales in certain shopping centers or properties. It isn’t a tax, but an additional charge customers pay toward property expenses. Corporate Marriott should be ashamed of this franchise owner. The poor service and all the nickel-and-diming are ridiculous.

The hotel was decent, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. But the bed didn’t feel up to Marriott standards: the mattress was hard, the linens were below par, and the pillows need replacing.
