Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast Mason

We'd never stayed at a Drury before, and the extras really impressed us. Free dinner was new to me and such a nice surprise, especially with three complimentary cocktails during dinner service. The soda fountain is open 24 hours, too. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the pool helped make it a lovely trip. I'll look for a Drury when we travel from now on. Thanks for a great stay.

We had three rooms last night, and all of them were great, but the service really stood out. Emily at the front desk went well beyond what I'd call great service. An injured man was brought there first, and she took such good care of him that I heard him tell his wife they should come back just because of her. Everyone working here seemed to treat the place like it was their own hotel. We'll definitely return.

The heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and breakfast buffet with soda were all great. The place was immaculate, and Emily was so kind, lovely inside and out. She told us, “We take care of our guests,” and it showed. I'm in awe of how good this place is. I'd come back again and give it 10 stars if I could.

The room itself was spacious, with a clean bathroom, a large shower and really good water pressure. The mattresses and pillows were good, and we slept well. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread: potatoes, eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, and waffles. Check-out was much better than check-in, thanks to the courteous, respectful man and woman at the desk. They made up for the night supervisor, though I'm not sure I want to return to this location after that experience. I booked online and arrived around midnight. The doors were closed, and the person at the desk kept waving a card at me. I didn't have one and needed to check in. After I signed to say that, she rang the phone by the door. She asked what I wanted, then asked my last name, and finally let me in. It was 28 degrees and I was left waiting outside through all that. Then she said she needed my ID and credit card. There was no welcome or greeting. I felt awful coming in, and if they hadn't already charged my card online, I would've left right then. She checked me in and handed over my cards, only saying that breakfast information and everything else was on the card holder. The worst part is that she was a supervisor training two ladies. I feel bad that they have to learn from her. Aside from that supervisor, the stay was pleasant.
